What Audit Machine does

Audit Machine runs an automated conversion audit on a website you specify. The audit is a one-time analysis, delivered to your account as a report. There is no subscription. You pay for a specific report and that report only.

What you agree to

By running an audit or unlocking a report you agree to these terms.

• You will only audit websites that you own, operate, or have explicit permission to analyze.
• You will not use Audit Machine to test, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of any site or system.
• You will not share, resell, or redistribute a report or its contents. Each report is licensed for your internal use.
• You will not use the reports to make defamatory or misleading statements about any third party.

Payment and refunds

Every full audit costs $99 (US dollars), charged once at unlock. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. Access codes may be issued at our discretion and unlock a report at no charge.

If the report you paid for is genuinely unusable — the pipeline failed, the report did not deliver, or the score cannot be reproduced from the fetched data — email reports@garzalabs.com within 14 days and we will refund the charge. We do not refund because you disagreed with a finding.

Accuracy and liability

Every figure in a report is measured on the live site or read from a named data source during the audit run. Nothing is estimated by a language model, and where evidence is thin the report says so rather than filling in a number. Even so, an audit is a snapshot: the site changes, the market changes, and the audit is only as good as what was reachable when it ran.

The audit is provided for informational purposes. Audit Machine is not responsible for outcomes that result from acting on a finding. You are the decision-maker for your own site.

Your account

Your account is private to you. Only reports you have run are visible in it. You can close your account at any time from Sign-in & privacy → Close my account. Closing your account deletes every report in it. This cannot be undone.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted to this page. Continuing to use Audit Machine after changes take effect is your acceptance of the new terms.
