What we collect

Audit Machine collects the minimum data needed to run audits and let you read them.

• The web addresses you ask us to check. These are used to run the audit and appear inside the report we deliver to you.
• Your email address. Used to sign you in and to notify you when a report is ready. We do not sell or share it.
• The reports we produced for you. Kept in your account so you can read them again.
• Receipts. Records of your $99 unlocks. Retained for accounting.

We do not track your reading behavior across the web. We do not embed third-party advertising trackers on report pages.

What we do with the sites you audit

• We only read your website. We never sign into it, post to it, or change anything on it.
• We do not sell your reports and we do not share them with anyone you have not invited.
• Reports are private to your account. The URL is unguessable, and the paid content is only ever written into the post after that specific audit is paid for.

Who processes your data

• Ghost — hosts your account, your reports, and your login.
• Stripe — processes card payments. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• n8n Cloud — runs the audit pipeline itself.

Your rights

You can:

• See every report in your account from your dashboard.
• Close your account and delete every report in it from Sign-in & privacy → Close my account.
• Email reports@garzalabs.com to request a copy of the data we hold on you, or to correct anything that is wrong.

Closing your account removes every report in it. We retain receipts because accounting rules require it, but nothing else survives.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no cross-site tracker.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted to this page.
